PACKING AND POSTING

What is the postage charge?

There is a flat rate of £5.00 (excluding VAT) for 1 item to 50 items. 

DELIVERY

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually we have everything in stock and they will be delivered within 3 to 10 days.

VISITS and TRAINING

Do you do school visits?

Not as a rule, but INSETS and CLUSTER GROUPS are acceptable.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PLAYGROUND PICTURE PRODUCTS

Can the Playground Pictures stay outside?

Yes. They are designed to stay out all year.

Do they fade?

Eventually, there will be some fading, but we hope you have at least 4 or 5 years with bright colours. 

How do we FIX  them on the walls? 

• Glue e.g.– Serious Stuff, No More Nails BUT SOLVENT FREE
• Nail – Fast but not very pretty, but it works.
• Screw – More time consuming but they can easily be removed.
• Beware of walls that are not flat, children will discover that they can get their fingers behind and ‘hang’ ‘tweak’ and pull them. 

Can you put them on wire fences?

Yes. Use pre drilled holes and plastic pull ties.

Can we put them on a wooden fence?

Yes, but try to get the edges lining up so no overhang, or have serious word with children or watchful eyes that they do not pull at the overhang.

Can we buy separate or odd panels?

Yes, most times we send odd ones free.
