Animal Counters

Replace unifix counters with a fun, cute, colourful  animal counter!

These pictures match the Fun Animal Line and the Animal Counting Hats. (see special offers)

Sets of animal counters can be counted, matched to the appropriate number, used for more/ less fewer work, addittion, subtraction, multiplication ...in fact any early yearrs maths work. Repeat the process as they are returned, then fold flat for easy storage until the next day.

Animals are: snake,  elephant, zebra, tigers,  monkeys,  hippo,  crocodile,  leopard,  panda,  lion.

Extend all counting activities with these individual counters, but don't forget data collection work e.g. graphs.

For children with dexterity problems, then blue tack/ glue the counter to a bottle top, so they are easy to pick up from a table top.
